Our focus is exercise and education but we do use several different treatment modalities to support your recovery, including IMS, Manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, cupping and others.
Your physiotherapist will learn about your concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals, complete a comprehensive assessment, explain their findings, and collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan.

If your plan is not live yet when you book, we will give you an invoice you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement, and we will tell you when direct billing is available.
No, physiotherapy does not require a referral, but some extended insurance plans may require one. Please contact your insurance to ask if they require a doctor's referral.
Comfortable clothing that lets us assess and treat the affected area. For hip, knee or ankle injuries, shorts are recommended. For shoulder, neck or arm injuries, a tank top or loose-fitting T-shirt works best.

We direct bill ICBC, WorkSafeBC, TELUS eHealth (including Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, Sun Life, Manion and many others), GreenShield, Empire Life, SSQ and Blue Cross. Not sure about yours? Call or text us and we will check.
Yes, we do. We direct bill both ICBC and WorkSafeBC, so you do not have to submit claims yourself.
