How it works
Complete your intake forms online
Before your first appointment, complete a brief health history and provide any relevant insurance or claim information (ICBC, WorkSafeBC, extended health, etc.).
Initial assessment
Your physiotherapist will learn about your concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals, complete a comprehensive assessment, explain their findings, and collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan.
Follow-up treatments
Follow-up appointments focus on progressing your treatment — and may include dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, education, and pain management strategies.
Your home program
Implement your personalized exercise program and supportive strategies at home, because what you do at home is an essential part of your progress.
